Whether peace will come in Afghanistan by army? Organization of United Nation, NATO, US they all wants to make a powerful army in Afghanistan Before handed army of Afghanistan was an army of tribal, Nationality, Racial, Languages and especially it was religious. Means this army of Afghanistan was in the order of chief of tribal areas. On the half duration of reign of Shah Amanullah Khan, on the date of 22 November 1921 an agreement signed between government of Afghanistan and England and upon that agreement Independence of Afghanistan become known on the year of 1923and after that Afghanistan become known as an Independent country in the world. Shah Amanullah Khan wanted to made a powerful Army and with protocol between Afghanistan and Turkey Shah Amanullah Khan made the Army of Afghanistan like Army of Turkey but with little bid differences and the rule of Army of Afghanistan was like this: (Soldiers with year salary and afterward (WANDE) means one by one and before handed one soldier had been given to ten house and afterward five young men give the expenditure and salary of one man and he had been become soldier in Military Section related to Ministry of Defense and then a law made that every man in the age of 22 or more than this age should be take the training of soldiers and graduated people in the name of Lieutenant took training of soldier for one year and those who were uneducated they took the training of soldier for two years and those who have not the certificate of completing the training of soldier then that person couldn’t gone to foreign countries and also they couldn’t do job in any office, anyways this training of soldier upon law of Afghanistan was forcedly to people of Afghanistan to take the training of soldier. the most important thing that completing the training of army soldier showed that soldiers of Afghanistan are loveable to their country. People of tribal areas means people of side of South and East in the name of tribal relation have a special card that training of soldier was not forcedly to them but some of educated people of tribal areas gone to the training of soldier and become a good Civil Officers. Civil Officers in the army of Afghanistan first of all took temporary courses and then afterward schools and universities of armies made in Afghanistan (Afghanistan have no way from sea therefore Afghanistan didn’t want any army soldier in sea (navy). Schools and Universities of Officers have many distinction and discrimination from the view of Nationality, 70% Pushton and 30% non Pushton accepted. Ministry of National Defense in this way done his job till bloody coup detat on the year of 1978 happened. and then escaping started in the army of Afghanistan then upon interior traitor some interfere from foreign countries entered in the army of Afghanistan ad on the year of 1992 this army of Afghanistan scattered totally and then in the army of Afghanistan no discipline started and in the army of religious people, bigoted people and Mujahedeen entered. and therefore from the year of 2001 US and Organization of United Nation and all European and American countries struggling to made a disciplined army in Afghanistan but unfortunately they couldn’t take success within these eight years. after the year of 2001 an army made in Afghanistan but the Civil Officers is Mujahedeen and they are in the Ideology of Jihad and previous educated Officers also entered and those Officers who took success in the war but unfortunately all of them are in the orders of Bigoted people, Mujahedeen and religious people then they take the young man as soldier and give them a training of one month to three month and every previous warlord and Jihadi introduce their people as a Civil Officer with high position and with high salary of dollar and many of them are following the order of Ministry of Defense and any warlord people who have relation with someone then this soldiers also take relation with them and even they sell weapons to them and leave the criminals means they work in army of people of Afghanistan but in reality they are doing for the benefit of their personal relationship. So joining the soldiers of Ministry of Defense in the warrior of Afghanistan without United Nation, NATO, US is not good; now one weak point of soldier of Afghanistan is that they escape from Military Section, the reason is Jihadi Hero means Previous Jihadi Officers in the name of Warrior Hero with government of Afghanistan within these last thirty years have still proud like Martial, Four Star General, Victorious of Kabul, Victorious of Balkh, Victorious of side of North, Victorious of Hazarajat and etc are title of these Jihadi Officers (Jihadi Officers take title with their names) but position of Martial is only for those who participate in International Warrior and position of Four Star General is for those work in army for many terms (the title of Victorious has been given to Warlord from Warlord people when US attack in Afghanistan on the year of 2001, but in reality Victorious of Afghanistan and its cities is only American Jet B52 on the year of 2001. Before attacking of US and before the year of 2001 these Martial, Four Star generals and Victorious without opposing left the Afghanistan from fear of Taliban and they escape to the Mountains of Afghanistan and after 2001 now they called themselves a Hero. So now if some educated Officers are present in army of Afghanistan but they are in orders of Jihadi and uneducated officers because nowadays feeling of love with country and education have no importance in Ministry of Defense and Army of Afghanistan. and it is all mistakes of United Nation that they didn’t follow the plan of D.D.R (removing weapons) and United Nation give the Military Post to this Warlord People and this is the main point that within these eight years still United Nation can’t made a good army in Afghanistan. If foreign soldiers, NATO, US, ISAF will leave the Afghanistan then I am sure that Khana Jhengi (bloody warrior) will start more than years of 1992-1996 till 2001. In my opinion I am a political and historical writer of Afghanistan and I write the history of warrior of this last thirty years that upon my opinion the army of Afghanistan has to be powerful in these following points: 1. The main aim of army of Afghanistan has to be for Human Rights and for defense form Afghanistan. 2. Army should be avoiding from tribal, racial, language affairs. 3. People of Afghanistan have two characteristics (Muslim and love with country). Participate in Jihad and taking Independence of Afghanistan is the job of every citizen of Afghanistan and people of Afghanistan participated in Jihad and took the Independence of Afghanistan and they have done their job and they have proud. But now warrior of Afghanistan is not Jihad because everyone are Muslim in government of Afghanistan (Jihad is war between Muslim and Non Muslim and it is not Jihad between Muslim and Muslim) and now in Afghanistan it is not jihad and it is only defense from Afghanistan and it is war against Terrorism. 4. If soldiers are obliged to take the training of army then soldiers must have feeling of love with country. 5. Courts for soldiers (Court Martial) must be made again in army of Afghanistan and those who are traitor must be draw in Court Martial and must be punish. In side of Court Martial the Appreciation Award must give to those soldiers who have done their job purely. 6. Medal and Prizes must give to those Civil Officers who are real Jihadi and who are lovable to their country. Retired Salary must give to those Officers who are retired. 7. New soldiers of army of Afghanistan should be train upon feeling of love with people and should be take education form position of an Officer. This training and education must be giving to new soldiers of Afghanistan by those Civil Officers who have no side and no party. 8. Leaders of Ministry of Defense and especially Minister of this Ministry should be change and the chief of army of Afghanistan must be change. 9. Salary of soldiers of Afghanistan shouldn’t be in Dollar but the salary of soldiers of Afghanistan should be in Afghani Rupee. 10. if Young generation of Afghanistan (who are in age of 20 between 35) have no certificate of training of army then that generation should not be work in foreign offices and also that person will not be allow to give a passport to travel to some foreign countries. 11. Civil Officers in the Ministry of Defense should be far away and should be avoid from politics (until they are officers) that the accidents of last thirty years will never happen in Afghanistan again. 12. Those soldiers who died in war then that soldiers must be buried by Military Ceremonies and the Retired Salary of those soldiers must be giving to their families. 13. The most important thing that the soldiers of Afghanistan must be educated. If in this way army of Afghanistan will be going on then I am sure that in the future this army of Afghanistan will stand against Terrorism alone without any help of another countries otherwise with this present army it is hopelessness and also United Nation, NATO, and US still not take a good result. a news broadcasted through channel of Aryana of Afghanistan on the date of 12 October 2009: Hamid Karzai president of Afghanistan and General Abdul Rahim Wardak Minister of Ministry of Defense said: “Arabian, African, Chechens, and many others form some country interfere in the North side of Afghanistan by Military Helicopters and this is a big interfere in the politics of Afghanistan and therefore Defense of Afghanistan become decreases and the danger of Terrorism become increases in every area. It is interesting that Hamid Karzai (adopted son of George W. Bush) participated in International ceremonies with George W. Bush but now after duration of George W. Bush the fame of Hamid Karzai is going down and also backbiting started against foreign countries from Hamid Karzai started again and especially after United Nation Assembly on 2009 backbiting from Hamid Karzai become increases. All people of Afghanistan knows that Hamid Karzai and his team and Warlord people were those person who escaped to West side and now they came back after 2001 and all of them are born from Jet B52. Hamid Karzai is seeing a dream that he will become like Moammar Gadhafi Libyan Leader and like Hafiz Al Asad Soryan Leader but when he wake up the he will realize that his future is like Sadam Hussain. From that day when Hamid Karzai take the responsibility of broken ship of Afghanistan from that day as a political writer I always struggling to write the truth about politics of Afghanistan and introduce the government of Afghanistan to all people of world. Because Hamid Karzai is not interested in tribal areas, in political parties and he also he don’t has political philosophy and also he don’t has saying form his own Ideology and also he can’t and couldn’t control the government of Afghanistan as past Dictators. Hamid Karzai have relation with Kareem Khalili, General Dostum, Mohaqeq, Ata Muhammad Noor, Qanoni, Martial Fahim, Mojjddi and another and also he is against of these people, he has relation with Taliban and also he is against of them. When Hamid Karzai faces with any one (interior and foreign people) then he speaks form Democracy and when he faces the women then he speaks for the rights and Defense of women but behind curtain he signed a law which is made by Sheik Asif Mohseny and (the law is about the marriage of girls in nine years) he signed this law because he respect him and call him Uncle. Hamid Karzai thinking that the media publish news form foreign countries but he never think that who supporting that media? And the media which publish news form Afghanistan actually the color of pen of Interior media who are against people and in favor of Hamid Karzai is in the hands of Hamid Karzai and they always come in Arg-e-Kabul from behind door. A leader must not accept the method of fraudulent, breaking promises, nimbleness, double faced but if leader of Afghanistan accept these method then that leader can’t control Afghanistan which has 40 Nationality. And Hamid Karzai always demonstrates that h is a president and he is a president of Afghanistan then why he counterfeit in Presidential Election 2009? I am sure that within these eight years Hamid Karzai gives money to those good people for not coming in government or for changing them form well to bad. Hamid Karzai struggling to bring bad (dishonest, corrupted) people in government of Afghanistan therefore within these eight years duration of Hamid Karzai smuggling and cultivation of Drugs and Charas, Administrative corruption, bribe increases and the situation and atmosphere of Afghanistan become spoiled as a politics. Hamid Karzai always said that he bring the situation of job for people of Afghanistan but he always telling untruth because job is available in Afghanistan for foreign people only and for those Afghan people who are citizen of two countries. The hope of people of Afghanistan totally change into hopelessness because people of Afghanistan in the first have hope that Afghanistan become progressive country but now they are hopelessness and in the also in the present of Hamid Karzai Afghanistan wont become a progressive country (the people of Afghanistan are good friends and bad servants). I think this wrong politics of Hamid Karzai shows the plans of United Nation (War against Terrorism) to people of Afghanistan in this type that in the future people of Afghanistan feel that War against Terrorism is just like the fighting of American Cowboy with Arabian Camel Driver. If in this type people of Afghanistan feels then all plans of United Nation become Zero. Great Scholar of Sociology said that when one government become spoiled in one country then a changing will happen on that country like in Afghanistan after eight years this situation is come that Hamid Karzai and his warlord team must change because now this is 21st century and Hamid Karzai wants to make fool the people of Afghanistan like 15th century but Hamid Karzai is doing mistake and one day in this politics Hamid Karzai will failed. The second news was very interesting and the news was: General Abdul Rahim Wardak Minister of Ministry of Defense of Afghanistan said that some interfering is present in government of Afghanistan and General Abdul Rahim Wardak is one of previous General in the duration of Shah, he is member of Party of Mahaz Mele Afghanistan which is belong to Pir Sayed Ahmad Ghelani, this General is citizen of Afghanistan and also he is citizen of some other countries also and his tale is under the leg of many foreign detectives. (Newspaper of Payam Mujahid Number 1, March 2006) It is very interesting that Minister of Ministry of Defense knows that many foreign people interfering in Afghanistan but as a Minister of Ministry of Defense he cant give an order to soldiers that fire upon them, it has many reasons one is that he has no permission of fire and he is like a Brass Idol or maybe he don’t has powerful weapons or maybe he plays a trick like Hamid Karzai that he wants to show to people of Afghanistan that he is not puppet and he speaks against foreign people but people of Afghanistan knows these people better. In this situation Presidential Election of 2009 started and then the counterfeit came out form Presidential Election of 2009 and even the result of election has not been announced because of fake. On the date of 12 October 2009 the National Channel of Afghanistan broadcasted a interview of Molawi Muhammad Mustafa Barakzai member of Complaint Office of Election confesses that Complaints of Election that Mr. Molawi Muhammad Mustafa Barakzai complaints in front of whole journalists and he complaints about two members of Complaint Office of Election and that two is from foreign countries and also he said that these foreign are interfering in the government of Afghanistan. As a political and historical writer of Afghanistan I always write that within these eight years foreign people are interfering in Afghanistan but no one accept my opinion. but now these members of government of Afghanistan who eats the helps of foreign and who are supported from foreign countries and who settle them in these position but now they complaints from them that foreign people are interfering in Afghanistan. I am thinking about the interview of Molawi Muhammad Mustafa Barakzai that he is in dreaming and now he wake up and recognize the foreign people or maybe like Hamid Karzai he is not agree with them or maybe he is from team of Hamid Karzai and General Abdul Rahim Wardak he complaints from foreign people but when I saw his interview in TV I feel that he is Molawi and maybe he is not political like Hamid Karzai and General Abdul Rahim Wardak that in front he said in the favor of people of Afghanistan but behind curtain they are in favor of foreign people. But before some minutes I heard through Radio Azadi that Hamid Karzai didn’t accept the resignation of Molawi Muhammad Mustafa Barakzai and by hearing this news I am really glad that resignation of Molawi Muhammad Mustafa Barakzai has been return with one closed packet? My opinion: In this situation I am thinking that for future of Afghanistan soldiers of foreign countries, NATO, US, ISAF must be present in Afghanistan and in my opinion United Nation must control the government of Afghanistan, Election, Economics and all affairs of Afghanistan because now all members of government of Afghanistan are warlord people. |
