Whether Afghanistan is a country or slaughter house? Where are Human Rights? I don’t know what tragedy come in Afghanistan because within these 31 years this country blood shed, people born and killed (died) why? I give the answer of this question in following points: 1. Afghanistan within these 31 years becomes a battle field where soldiers are coming from different countries and instruction and taking war training and tactics. Different and advanced weapon bring from all countries and soldiers are taking test and experience in Afghanistan. 2. Human Rights are only by name in Afghanistan because 90% people inside Afghanistan are poor and helpless and five million refugee of Afghanistan in Pakistan and Iran live in very trouble and problems. Human Rights are not for those poor people inside Afghanistan because everyday many innocent people have been killed and every time army staff of NATO or US or other countries announces that (we are sorry and apologize for kill of some common people of Afghanistan). I don’t know those common people who didn’t have take part in war but in spite of it many they have been killing whether those common and innocent people of Afghanistan who died in war are Human or Grass? Where is Human Right? Those army soldiers who have been came from different countries to Afghanistan only save and guard Hamid Karzai and his team (those who enter in political agreement) and not save common people of Afghanistan, whether life of common people of Afghanistan are not important? Afghan Refugees in Iran are seeing insulting of themselves and even in the different names of criminals or innocent afghan refugees become hanged in Iran then where are Human Rights? But refugees of Afghanistan in Pakistan has a freedom within these 31 years and government of Pakistan give this freedom to people of Afghanistan as a Human and personally as an Afghan Refugee in Pakistan I am thankful to government of Pakistan. But Organization of United Nation have didn’t help to the Afghan Refugee in any matter after Bonn’s Conference. And even these children of afghan refugees have rights to educate well and therefore some well educated teachers are struggling to give education to their afghan children and they teach and educate the children of afghan refugee in very low fees but they don’t have more facility to give education but unfortunately even United Nation have didn’t help to these education places also and it is very regret that many Afghani School in Islamabad made a contact for fund and help to the offices of United Nation but these offices didn’t help them in any matter because United Nation only take fund from foreign countries in the name of poor people of Afghanistan and put it in the authority of government of Hamid Karzai and his team which is waste in wrong way. Afghan Refugees have rights to get these funds because they are Human and they have rights as a refugee. Therefore I include this statement of Human Rights shortly in this article again. Statement of Human Rights on the year of 1789 published and that is following as: 1. All people (including me) are equal and they came in this world equally and all people have same brain and same conscience. 2. All children must be seen equally and they rights to live in this world. 3. All children have rights to get education and they must get education free of cost or by some fund and help. 4. We all have rights to do a job and to choose our job independently. 5. No one has rights to make cruelty to other people. 6. Man and woman who are adults, illegality, unavoidable and without another familiarity like racial, nationality can marry. And man and woman have same and equal rights. 7. Interference and attack to another life and family and residence and letter and publication and fame are violating Human Rights. 8. Humans have freedom for religious matter. 9. Liberty of conscience, statement, opinion idea and publish opinion idea, information without interfering. 10. We have rights to go to some foreign countries for saving of our life. And become refugee in some foreign countries by UNHCR. 11. Every human in any religion, in any color and in any Political opinion can use from these statements of Human Rights. In the last as a Human I include this matter very confidently that I can ask question from United Nation and Human Rights that whether these organizations and offices are following these statements of Human Rights? (This is written in above). In my opinion as an Afghan Writer of History of Afghanistan, political writer and as an Afghan Refugee in Pakistan, I must say that within these 31 years United Nation and Human Rights have didn’t judge the poor people of Afghanistan correctly. |
