Countries of whole world demonstrate Human Rights and these words of Human Rights are present in their dictionaries and use these Human Rights in a very nice way but no one follow the real meaning of Human Rights (especially in Afghanistan). Present government of Afghanistan use this word of Human Rights but they act opposite to Human Rights. Organization of Human Rights is in United Nation and statements of Human Rights are issue to everywhere and from that effect of statements of Human Rights newspaper, television, radios and media of whole world nourish. But no one act upon these statements. Organizations of Human Rights are a workable and helpful organization and this organization never act upon weapons. This helpful Organization of United Nation and helpful organization of Human Rights only issue the statements. But it is not certain that who are criminals (Heroes Warlords) and who are accuser by crime. Even Organization of Human Rights issue some statements that those criminals (Heroes Warlords) who offend in Human Rights should be draw in the International Court. But also these statements is non actable because Organization of United Nation and Human Rights have no power and no soldier. These things (power and soldier) should be given to United Nation by other countries. Otherwise statements of Human Rights are just like writing in ice and place in front of sun. Especially in Afghanistan, criminals (Heroes Warlords) never draw in court. Even no one has courage to accept that they are criminals because they say that they are fighting for Jihad and no one is present to accept that criminals are here. Office of Human Rights and Organization of United Nation must arrange a list of all those criminals (Heroes Warlords) of these last thirty years in Afghanistan without fear, without concession and without discrimination from high places of government should be issue till that these criminals (Heroes Warlords) introduced in whole world. And this list should be given to radios and Medias that they issue the statements. If Organization of Human Rights and United Nation arrange a list for criminals then all criminals come out and those who are not criminals they defense for themselves. Then in this way criminals have two paths OR they escape to join with those who are against Government (Terrorist) then they will become weak because all power of world is fighting against terrorists. OR they draw in court and if it will be prove that they criminals (Heroes Warlords) then those criminals (Heroes Warlords) dismiss from high places of government because now some criminals are present in government and parliament of Afghanistan. All people of Afghanistan especially people of city of Kabul (capital of Afghanistan) better knows and they are surprised that United Nation bring warlord people on seats of government and parliament of Afghanistan. If United Nation want they give a recommendation that upon fundamental law of Afghanistan in the election of president ship, election of members of parliament, election of members of Senate a agreement had to be signed, the agreement had to in this type: (Warlord people (Warrior criminals) of Afghanistan within these thirty years have no rights to submit themselves in the election). In the reality warlord people are worker of war. When somebody gives money to this type of people they will join with them even terrorists. One of the reasons that peace is not present in Afghanistan is because of criminals (Warlord people) that they don’t want peace inside the country and inside government of Afghanistan. And also all plans of United Nation within these seven years are not completed. The responsibility of all criminals (Heroes Warlord) who are present in government and parliament Afghanistan is goes to Laghzar Abrahemi (agent of United Nation) and Zelmai Khalilzad (agent of ex- president George W.Bush) and because of these things also plan of D.D.R (disarm) is not completed. As an Afghan Refugee my opinion is following as: If United Nation want to complete their plans (plan of peace and plan of economics) then it is compulsory that all lists of criminals (Warlord people) of these last thirty years will be publish on the International News as soon as possible. And also all educated and graduated person and intelligent person (those who had no parties) must support from economics and security that they will participate in the election of president ship, parliament and Senate. And if all shadow and fear of weapons will finish from hearts and heads of people then people will not vote to those criminals (Heroes Warlord) and then all plan of United Nation will be completed. If in this type it thought that criminals not disclose now because they are present on the frame of peace (but it is not truth). For this point issuance of this type of statements without name, without specification never treat the pain of country and scratch the prestige of Human Rights and United Nation. (If meaning of peace is in this type that those criminals who fire the villages, hanging the people and today in the presence of soldiers of whole world they came and take power. Then this type of peace is give benefit for Afghanistan?) Hamid Karzai become president on the year of 2001 upon Bonn’s Conference and Hamid Karzai is not a person who had no side and no parties and he was a member of party of (Mahaz Mele) in a very high place. It is very interesting that future of Afghanistan and the future of Nation of Afghanistan are present on the hands of warlord people. |
