But Hamid Karzai said: “without reading I signed the law and now again I give an order to the Ministry of Justice to consider this law and also United Nation give report to me about this law in the Conference of United Nation”. It is very surprisingly that a president of a country signed a law or agreement without reading. On the history book of Afghanistan in the name of (History of Afghanistan by Meer Ghulam Muhammad Gubar) wrote: (Amer Abdul Rahman Khan king of Afghanistan on the year of 1900 was suffering from disease of Gouty in feet in the last days of his life and because of his disease he signed every paper and agreement without reading and therefore many innocent people hanged and died upon his order and agreement. Therefore Amer Habibullah Khan Son of Amer Abdul Rahman Khan killed his father with poison on the date of 1st October 1901). This story is present in the history of Afghanistan. Whether the saying of Hamid Karzai (without reading signed the agreement) will be submit in the history of Afghanistan or not? And maybe in the future the reason of Hamid Karzai will be changed like this: (Hamid Karzai calls Sheikh Asif Mohseny uncle with respect and therefore he signed his law without reading). But after second consideration poor and innocent girls (girls from religious of Sheya) come in chance. I think if Hamid Karzai becomes candidate of presidential election of 2009 then perhaps this situation will be go to the negative point belong to Hamid Karzai. Thank You. |
