Problems of the Next President of Afghanistan. Duration of president ship of Hamid Karzai (president of Afghanistan) (Chapter 3, Subject 61) through Basic Law of Afghanistan is going to be finish on the date of 21 May 2009. It is not said on the Basic Law of Afghanistan that who will be temporary president of Afghanistan on the future election of president ship of Afghanistan. Because law made on Afghanistan urgently and parliament didn’t take decision about this matter within these five years and till now Afghanistan is not peaceful country like USA and other European countries. Perhaps because of that seat of president will be not alone and therefore perhaps Hamid Karzai want to appoint his partners like (Sebghatullah Mojjddi ex president of Afghanistan on the warrior year of 1992 and now he is chief of Senate of Afghanistan) as a temporary president of Afghanistan and Hamid Karzai want to support his one partner to win this election. On the date of 4 March 2009 a discussion was held on Kabul. Politicians discuss about problems and history of election of Afghanistan. Voice of America (Radio Ashna) and Radio Azadi publish the opinion of six members of that discussion on the date of 5 March 2009 as an example. But this radio only take the names of that person not introduce them. As an Afghan Refugee and writer of Afghanistan now I am going to introducing those six members of discussion on the date of 4 March 2009 shortly in these following points: 1. Ghani Ahmadzai was Minister of Ministry of Taxes of Afghanistan on the first cabinet of Hamid Karzai and because of this that he ignore from citizenship of USA and therefore he also gone from Ministry of Taxes and now he is chief of University of Kabul by the order of Karzai? 2. Ahadi was chief of Center Bank of Afghanistan and then he become Minister of Ministry of Taxes of Afghanistan and then he gave his resignation and now he is elected on the future election of president ship of Afghanistan and also he is chief of Party of Afghan Melat and it is not clear that he is also ignore from citizenship of USA or not? 3. Abdullah Abdullah was a previous warlord on the warrior year of 1992-1996 and then he become Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the cabinet of Hamid Karzai and he is member of Party of Jameyat. Perhaps he is elected on the future election of president ship of Afghanistan? 4. Professor Burhanudeen Rabani was president of Afghanistan on the warrior year of 1992-1996 and on the duration of president ship of Rabani the flames of war took the highest point and Kabul become ruined. He is chief of Party of Jameyat and also he is Member of Parliament of Afghanistan. It is said that he is also elected on the future election of president ship of Afghanistan but it is not clear? 5. Mohammad Mohaqeq member of Party of Wahdat and previously he was warlord on the warrior year of 1992-1996 and then he become Minister of Ministry of Plan on the cabinet of Hamid Karzai and then he elected on the first election of president ship of Afghanistan and now he is a member of parliament of Afghanistan? 6. General Olome was member of Center Society Party of Munhala (Democratic people of Afghanistan). He was general with Ideology of Socialist on the duration USSR in Afghanistan and still he is Member of Parliament of Afghanistan. Period by period and duration by duration members of White House in USA are changing but it is not followed in Afghanistan and still political agreements and warlords people are present in Government and Parliament of Afghanistan (like Hamid Karzai and his team). USA and UN are taking pleasure that Democracy and Peace is developing in Afghanistan but situation of Afghanistan is not in this type. For Democracy and Peace first of all system and government of Afghanistan should be clean from these types of people. Perhaps on that time Democracy will take place in Afghanistan but now Demolition or Refleman is present in Afghanistan. (Chapter 11, Subject 154) it was told on Basic Law of Afghanistan that: (Wealth of president, his team, his assistance, Ministers, Members of Senate and Members of Government should be publishing). But till now it is not asked from any people in government of Afghanistan. Not from those people who went from government of Afghanistan and also not from those who are in government of Afghanistan. For this point President of Afghanistan (Hamid Karzai) before going from government of Afghanistan must discuss about this matter. |
