Presidential Election of Afghanistan Whether the next president of Afghanistan will be a war criminal? On the date of 20 April 2009 Dari program of Radio Azad in Europe publishes a discussion about next president of Afghanistan and also on that program an interview take place with Nader Nadery (chief of Human Rights of Afghanistan) and also publishes a discussion about Constitutional Law of Afghanistan about next presidential election. I must say that the Constitutional Law of Afghanistan chapter 3, matter 62, Number 3 is: “Candidate president should not be draw to court in any crimes such as killing people, cruelty and many other crimes. And also candidate president should not be elected as a president more than two times and this law is applying also on two assistances of president”. Whether Hamid Karzai introduces any criminal to High Court of Afghanistan or International Court (Human Rights Court) within these eight years and after Bonn’s Conference, no introduction is take place by Hamid Karzai because some war criminals are still present in Government and Parliament of Afghanistan and even some one is very near to Hamid Karzai. The people of Afghanistan know that this is duty of Human Rights of UNHCR to disclose the cases of war criminals. For presidential election list of war criminals of these last thirty years must arrange. War criminals of Afghanistan have different periods and it is following as: “From the year of 1978 to 1979, from 1979 to 1988, from 1988 to 1996, from 1996 to 2001 and from 2001 to 2009). Human Rights of Afghanistan and Department of Election Commission of Afghanistan must get that list of war criminals from Human Rights UNHCR. Because the war criminals have weapons, money, warlike people and parties. UNHCR make an effort that war criminals won’t come in presidential election of Afghanistan in 2009. |
