Organization of United Nation and Afghan Refugees United Nation: This is a Social Organization and Institution (impartial), it has many branches and one of their branches is Refugees. For more information I am writing the method of acceptance of Refugee in United Nation (UNHCR). Status of acceptance of Refugee in United Nation (UNHCR) is following as: Your right as a Refugee is: 1. You have same and equal rights. 2. Anything you publish in United Nation is hidden from everyone. 3.You have right to give application if your case file reject from UNHCR. 4. Your case file is pending please wait. Your duty as a refugee: 1. Cooperate with United Nation (UNHCR). 2. Give the right and true publication to (UNHCR). 3. Your publication won’t be propaganda. 4. You don’t need to give bribe to United Nation (UNHCR). For your acceptance in United Nation (UNHCR) you must prove: 1. You leave your country. 2. You have fear of prison, court and any type of punishment. 3. You can apply in United Nation (UNHCR) upon these five reasons ( race (breed), Nationality, Religion, Political Opinion, Member of Social Organization) 4. For these above reasons you can’t go to their country. Now I am writing the story of one Afghan Refugee: A Man have been left his country (Afghanistan) cause of one of these above reasons and become refugee in Pakistan, he has a prove that he is refugee in Pakistan, he had been opened a case file in United Nation (UNHCR) many years before and then UHNCR took his pictures and his family member’s pictures. But Fortune Teller, Cast Horoscopy, Chance and Psychology are present in United Nation (UNHCR); workers of UNHCR never read the application and document because they don’t have time. When a person open a case file in the first they take three interviews in two weeks and then collects some information from here and there and then if lot of horoscope came to that person then United Nation accept that person as a Refugee in United Nation and give them a card of United Nation and then United Nation (UNHCR) introduce that person to some foreign countries and if lot of horoscope doesn’t came for a refugee then United Nation close his case file and said to him that his case file is rejected again and again. There is only one Organization for Human Rights which is United Nation and if this organization also rejects his appeal then what the refugee does? In spite of it that the second rule of United Nation is that (if your case file have been rejected then you have right to apply again and again in United Nation and reopen his case file) but UNHCR without seeing his rule give a reject letter to Refugee. I am writing a reject letter of one refugee without his case file number. The reject letter of that refugee is following as: (Dear -------------------- Date: 29 February 2008 You lodged a written appeal against UNHCR’s decision NO------. Your appeal has now been considered by senior staff within the protection section. We regret to inform you that the information you provided in your appeal form does not reveal sufficient grounds for reversing the original decision. No further communication on this matter will be entertained by this office. Yours Sincerely, UNHCR Branch Office in Pakistan Islamabad) But this refugee again apply to UNHCR because he has many problems and then after some durations a phone call came from UNHCR to this refugee and the worker of UNHCR who call for this refugee said to this refugee to reopen his case file, then this helpless refugee again send reopening application to UNHCR. The reopening application of that refugee is following as: (Reopen my Case file Date: April 9, 2010 Dear Sir or Madam in charge of the section of UNHCR Islamabad, On the date of -------- on the morning time of 8:35 a man from the office of UNHCR Islamabad in the name of Yasin call me for 16 minutes from this number 051-2279451. Mr. Yasin talks to me for 16 minutes in my language (Dari) and told me many things. In the first Mr. Yasin said that (Upon document number -------- from onward you don’t have rights to sent any other document to UNHCR in Islamabad because your money is wasted to post documents). Then Mr. Yasin said that my case file is closed in the office of UNHCR Islamabad because my reopening document is not present in my file why? In spite of it that in the month of ------ I have been wrote my reopening application in my language (Dari) and I give it to the two (women) workers of UNHCR then why my reopening application is not present in my file? After my talking to Mr. Yasin in telephone he accepts that UNHCR didn’t care to my file therefore he requests from me to write another reopening application and therefore through this letter second time I want to reopen my case file because my and my family life is in danger, I want Peace, Democracy and Human Rights for Afghanistan and it is the duty of United Nation to rise Democracy, Peace and Human Rights and to support the Afghan Refugees. My one daughter who is mentally sick from warrior of year of 1992 and even your office didn’t help her in any matter why? My one daughter who is citizen of Melbourne Australia and she directly sent the document of sponsorship and she agrees to sponsor me and my family to Australia by her own expenditure then why you didn’t care about this matter? And why you didn’t introduce my case file to the embassy of Australia? Why your office played a joke with me and my family? And why you still you didn’t accept me as a refugee? Now once again through this letter please reopen my case file and take a positive result to my file very soon and give approval letter of refugee from United Nation to me and to my family.) But after this reopening application of this refugee United Nation didn’t give answer to this refugee in spite of it that this refugee giving document to get information about his case file but UNHCR again and again write (wait). Job of Refugee is writing application more and more but reaction of UNHCR is silence why? Months and years have been passed away from case of this refugee, this refugee collects lots of application and documents but UNHCR didn’t take an action for this refugee. Many times this refugee gives application to UNHCR as an Organization of Human Rights and this refugee wants to meet a foreign worker for five minutes to ask from them that how and why his case file has closed? But no one give interview to him only translator or worker of UNHCR came and get their documents and application and write in the end of his document that (wait). This refugee wrote many complaint letters to the office of Chief of United Nation (Bankimon) in New York and to Geneva and many other offices related to United Nation but no one of them answer to this refugee; it is like that all workers of United Nation put cotton in their ears or Human Rights is only by name. There are some Astrologers present in UNHCR of Islamabad Pakistan and they only see the face of refugee and worker of this office take decision by luck and chance. But those refugees who have right to support from UNHCR their case file have closed by UNHCR in spite of it that refugee apply again and again in this office. I am writing a new copy of document which was written by this refugee to UNHCR some days before. The document is following as: (From: --------- To: UNHCR Branch Office Islamabad Date: August 29, 2010 Dear Sir or Madam, I don’t know why you didn’t take decision about my case file and why you don’t consider my case file? For security of my life and my family life I become refugee and if you are sure that my and my family life are not in danger then in the end of this document guaranteed me that my life is not in danger and I don’t have danger of killing and jail. The whole world will know that whether you give the rights of people as Human Rights or not? But it is very known that I am an Afghan Refuge. Please write anything as you wish in the end of this document. Thank You.) But after writing this application UNHCR didn’t write anything to the end of document of this refugee anyways I promise you that I will continue the remaining story of this refugee in future after the reaction of UNHCR. As a reader of this article you judge that UNHCR made this bitter trick or play to some of Afghan Refugees and by this trick many refugees with their families gone to the unknown predestination. When a case file of refugee rejected then a refugee has no way therefore he go to Afghanistan and when refugee who are political, journalists or writer go to Afghanistan and if he wrote against government of Afghanistan outside then in Afghanistan UNHCR are sure that he will not be kill, or be in imprison then if it happens then what will do his family? In Afghanistan war is present, peace and law is there only by name, Smugglers of Drugs and Member of Mafia present in high position in Afghanistan, previous warlord leaders and criminals of these last thirty years are present in government of Afghanistan. Nine years before United Nation made this government of Afghanistan in the Bonn’s Conference in Germany. Millions and Billions of funds have been helped from some peace want people to Afghanistan for people of Afghanistan and soldiers of fifty countries are giving the sacrifices of their life for peace but why there is no peace? This question must be answer by Lakhzar Ibrahimi (previous assistant of United Nation in Afghanistan) because he brought this corrupted system in Afghanistan. Now Hamid Karzai and his team becomes a Monster for United Nation, US, NATO and for foreign countries that these Monsters always eat US Dollars. I have been written more than 50 articles in this website (Asia Front News) about the situation and politics of Afghanistan and I have been written many books also. People of world see Afghanistan through TV Channels that some modern towers in Kabul and some great places have been shown in TV Channels of Afghanistan. Chief of United Nation (Bankimon) and many diplomatic foreign people also see this type of propaganda because when they have come in Afghanistan they only see the Airport and Palace of Kabul. In reality Afghanistan is a poor and warrior country and millions of poor people are living in Afghanistan. All people of world must know that within these nine years nor help and fund have been helped to people of Afghanistan because people of Afghanistan are still poor and needy. This political broker (Hamid Karzai), these warrior criminals, these terrorists, these Members of Mafia and Smugglers introduce the people of Afghanistan in wrong manner to the people of world. As a Afghan Refugee and Afghan writer I am saying that 90% real people of Afghanistan are poor, the deficiency of people of Afghanistan that most of them are uneducated and about 93% people of Afghanistan are uneducated and this was a gift of Previous Governmental Leaders of Afghanistan that they grows the people of their country uneducated and brought a situation for them that they couldn’t study. Perhaps United Nation knows that most of Afghan Refugees within these last thirty years are uneducated because when 85% Afghan Refugees came to apply in UNHCR they even couldn’t wrote application in their mother tongue language. Only some percent people of Afghanistan are educated but people of Afghanistan are very hard-working and they have so much talent and therefore many foreign countries accept Afghan Refugee to their countries. If a miracle will happen in Afghanistan means if peace will come in Afghanistan then I am sure that these talented people of Afghanistan will go back to Afghanistan and work in Afghanistan. I must say that within these last 23 years United Nation have been helped to Afghanistan so much and this UNHCR office in Islamabad Pakistan have sponsors about million Afghan Refugees to foreign countries but after the year of 2001 the all attention of United Nation have gone to the government of Afghanistan and stop caring about Afghan Refugees in Pakistan and Iran. I hope that from now United Nation will take good decisions for two and half million Afghan Refugees in Pakistan and two and half million Afghan Refugees in Iran. I know that how much Help and fund (money) have been helping to Afghanistan from Foreign countries through United Nation within these nine years. Please don’t mind if I say that rent of these offices of UNHCR, salaries of workers of UNHCR and all of these expenditure came for people of Afghanistan not for workers of United Nation because still people of Afghanistan are poor. If peace will come in Afghanistan and if government of Afghanistan becomes uncontaminated and clean then I am sure that all of Afghan Refugees will go back to their country but now everyone knows that peace is not present in Afghanistan and Government of Afghanistan is corrupted and if I am saying wrong then why foreign soldiers, assistants of United Nation, NATO are in still in Afghanistan? It is known that they are struggling to bring Peace and Democracy in Afghanistan. In the last I must say that within these nine years Hamid Karzai and his team had chance to help people of Afghanistan because world help to Afghanistan so much but they didn’t help to people of Afghanistan in any matter and now I am saying in very confidence that one day Hamid Karzai and his team must be draw in International Court. |
