Loan of one billion dollar donate to government of Afghanistan Radio Free Europe which is supported by US announces news on the date of 18 March 2010 on the morning news: “Those countries who are the member of (Paris Club) donate the loan of one billion dollar to government of Afghanistan”. This time government of US announces that economical adviser of US are partner and cooperate with the Ministry of Finance of Afghanistan and these Economical Adviser of US confirm: “that government of Hamid Karzai made good budget for Afghanistan therefore they need more money and fund and thus countries who are members of (Paris Club) donate the loan of one billion dollar to government of Afghanistan and those countries are US, England, France and etc”. It is Interesting News? US want to hide this matter that unfortunately within these nine years 80% of these funds which was helped from whole countries to Afghanistan through United Nation and these funds are waste by Hamid Karzai and his team and by their foreign partners and US want to hide this matter of disgrace. In spite of it that all people of Afghanistan knows everything and people of whole world are witness and members of United Nation and all Inspection of US find out that within these last nine years billion dollar of funds which was help from foreign countries to Afghanistan are misuse and it was not used to the benefit of people of Afghanistan but these funds expended in these following ways: 1. First part of these funds have been given by foreign offices and gone back from Afghanistan without expenditure and with these funds still nothing build new things in Afghanistan, no new factories, no new place of production of electricity, no procedure of agriculture, no new airport, no new railway track, no new highways, no new big streets for transportation and nothing build new things in Afghanistan. With these large amount of funds still counting of population of cities of Afghanistan is not prepare and still government didn’t give any citizen card to the people of Afghanistan that how many population are present in the cities which are belong to the government of Afghanistan. And nobody knows that these funds helped to how many people of Afghanistan and where are they? But actually 50% of these funds are misused to the repair of old streets and for purity of old canals that nowadays all the streets are damaged once again (and everybody knows that by repairing, something never can be new) and 50% of these funds are misused in the way of bribe in the pockets of governmental people anyways these are too much propaganda. 2. Second part of these funds are misused and waste in the way of bribe and administrative corruption by these member of Political System and Hamid Karzai is leader of this System and some little amount of these funds are expended in the useless projects and all yearly expenditure of government with special concession and expenditure of dining table of members of Parliament, Senate and their salaries and personal expenditure of Hamid Karzai and his team and all these useless expenditure comes from this fund. 3. Third part of these funds directly gone to the expenditure of soldiers and for their weapons and for the preparation of war. But unfortunately it didn’t give a good result and still war is continuing in Afghanistan why? US in the Presidential Election of 2009 of Afghanistan announces that (Hamid Karzai appointed Martial Fahim and Khalili as his assistants in spite of this that these two people have a crime and smuggling case). Hence Martial Fahim and Khalili can’t take the visa of US. With this propaganda and news, US want to show that Hamid Karzai is not puppet of US and his team doesn’t have relation with US. I don’t know US take a strange politics in Afghanistan and US want to make fool of people of Afghanistan with this strange politics or maybe US want to make fool of journalists and media of whole world. In my opinion and in the language of politics (Political Technique) US put shingle in the shoes of every people of Afghanistan?????? |
