Hamid Karzai had good chance within these nine years to build Afghanistan Hamid Karzai president of Afghanistan within these nine years had a good chance to make the system of economical foundation and basis like manufacturing and agriculture. Because all security of Afghanistan was in the course of (UNHCR, NATO, US, ISAF and European countries) and majority of countries give their help to Afghanistan in the portion of politics, army, economy and security. Unfortunately leadership of Afghanistan was corrupted because there was no good plan for these help because within these nine some body give wrong statements to Hamid Karzai because these help didn’t used in good way for Afghanistan because Hamid Karzai used these funds for himself. Hamid Karzai takes the rule of past Kings of Afghanistan and Hamid Karzai use funds for himself and made the system of tribe like past kings of Afghanistan. Hamid Karzai knows about the history of Afghanistan that previous kings of Afghanistan didn’t made good plans for Afghanistan and they didn’t made good system of economic foundation and there fore Afghanistan become backward country. Hamid Karzai knows about the system of forty years of Muhammad Zaher Shah that he didn’t do good job for Afghanistan and therefore on the year of 1973 he gone and remove from Afghanistan but on the year of 2002 once again Hamid Karzai bring him back in the name of Dad of Nation in Afghanistan but this time people didn’t support him and then on the year of 2007 he died in one’s bed. And all knows that within these forty years reign of Muhammad Zaher Shah, he didn’t make the system of economic and didn’t do good job for Afghanistan. Hamid Karzai must take lesson from Muhammad Zaher Shah and he never follows the steps of Muhammad Zaher Shah but Hamid Karzai made the tribal system and Khan Khani. As a refugee and as an Afghan political and historical writer of Afghanistan I give my opinion and view about the system of economics within these nine years and these are following as: Economics build a country but unfortunately our country Afghanistan has no good record of economics and especially within these thirty years wars in Afghanistan break the bad system of economics. Property of country (Centre Bank) all gold and money of this bank spend in wars and also all money embezzled by steal. Puppet government steals all money of economics of Afghanistan. Every government wants printed paper money from their own sides and this money has no support from centre bank of all foreign countries but now United Nation print a new paper money in Afghanistan and sends it in markets and this money is sponsored by United Nation therefore this money protect in interior markets of Afghanistan (Fifty rupee of Afghanistan is equal to one dollar) but in out of country of Afghanistan this money has no value in other countries and only this money is exchange in Peshawar. The important thing is that economics of country is producing industrial things means Import and Export. In Afghanistan export is not present all is import, but in previous time export of country was carpet, wool, dry fruit, wet and fresh fruit, natural gas from the province of (Shebergan). But now these things never export from Afghanistan. Afghanistan is useful country, it has no producing, and monies which are helping from foreign countries are spending in three parts: 1. One part is given to the agents of foreign countries, means money comes from door and go away from window and other money is spending in rubbish things. Government of Afghanistan has to build many factories, streams, dams where electricity will produce and these plans will support the future of Afghanistan. But this government of Afghanistan manufactures old streets which are damaged in wars but manufacturing of old streets and old places is not useful for Afghanistan. Till now 90% old places build in Afghanistan. In spite of this that money is two much the government of Afghanistan never build a new things which are useful for the future of Afghanistan. 2. Second part of money have given to government of Karzai that some parts of money is for salary and some parts of money is spend in members of government and this is called account of government and some parts of this money is spend in rubbish things. The money of members of government, members of Parliament, members of Senate and the money of their foods is given to them by Dollar. In spite of it that money is for people of Afghanistan not for members of government. 3. Third part of money is directly spent in armies, foreign soldiers, and Afghan soldiers and for their weapons. A small expenditure of government is coming from Tax of Customs and this tax is not from export only this tax is from import. The things which are import in Afghanistan are following as: Tools of fashion, round stiff, iron of repairing, modern cars. These things which are import in Afghanistan are not useful for the people of Afghanistan and these things are not for poor people of Afghanistan only governmental people use from these things like modern cars is use from governmental people. In the name of poor people of Afghanistan foreign countries helping money to Afghanistan and in spite of it that two much money are helping from foreign countries to poor people of Afghanistan but poor people of Afghanistan are still poor. Two many mines, underground places are present in Afghanistan, some of them are checked and some of them are still not checked. Those mines and underground places which are checked are in the hands of government. People get out the mines without technique and smuggling to other countries. And gas of Shebergan is in the hand of government. From seventy two old wells six wells were fired in wars and people are still use from those old wells. Government never builds a new well for people. Iron mine (Hajeghag Bamiyan) this mine is from forty five years before means in the reign of Muhammad Zaher Shah France was want to make a factory of melting iron in the place of Dahst Parwan (Zeher Hofyan) that powder of coal comes from Shesbesta, Dresuf Mazar Sharif and this powder of coal melt in this factory. But on that time Russia was present in Afghanistan and Russia said to France that Afghanistan will build this factory with the help of Russia. But now Russia is not present in Afghanistan and Mohammad Zaher Shah died but why the government of Afghanistan in the presence of Hamid Karzai never takes a plan for mines. Iron of Darra Pech on East, Powder of Barites Torghondi Herat and these things are useful for exploitation, government only said that they will make the work easy for people but all are propaganda. Cultivation is still not increasing only cultivation of Opium and Charas is increasing day by day in Afghanistan, government never dig deep well, never build Highways, the government say that they will build the lines of train but all are propaganda. International Airport is still not made, but government published propaganda: "Lines of train from Turkmenistan to Kabul and from Islam Qala Iran to Kabul and from Kabul to Torkham Pakistan will be made" these people want to make fool of people of Afghanistan. "Gas of International Pipeline of Turkmenistan is passing from Afghanistan and go to Pakistan" all these publishing of government is fraud. In this plan even a minister of ministry of mines (Joma Muhammad Muhammady) is died but this plan is still not made. (Michael announces on the date of 4 June 2008 as an assistance of Bank of World that if all money of Bank will give to government of Karzai then it is not wrong that this money will expend by Karzai in rubbish things). After Bonn's Conference United Nation help 12 billion dollar from foreign countries to Afghanistan. Till now monies which are given to Afghanistan from foreign countries are following as: 1- USA: 137,496,164. 2- Sweden: 89,250,345. 3- Netherlands: 60,582,376. 4- Norway: 44,930,164. 5- Japan: 40,621,717. 6- European Commission: 33,834,335. 7- Denmark: 33,216,928. 8- Italy: 30,200,606. 9- Ireland: 26,436,366. 10- Germany: 25,756,335. Only Canada help two billion dollar till now to Afghanistan and France give their help to Afghanistan separate from other countries. Within these nine years at least 50 billion helped to Afghanistan. Last Conference was happen in Paris about economics and in this Conference Hamid Karzai want 50 billion dollar for the five year of development of Afghanistan but foreign countries gives promise to Hamid Karzai that they will help 21 billion dollar to Afghanistan. Writer has to say that these monies are too much and if these monies will give to Hamid Karzai for the development of Afghanistan then maybe it is possible that these monies will expend for the members of government of Afghanistan not for the people of Afghanistan. But United Nation still now doesn't take an action for the development of Afghanistan. Writer says that only five million people live in Kabul and from five million four and half of people are worker and employee in Kabul. The procedures of economic of Kabul are in the hands of 100,000 people who are business man in foreign countries and also business mans of Kabul. From five million people of Kabul only 400,000 people use from these monies mean only 100,000 people are safe and they always take rest and other people are unrest. By the opinion of CD of city of Kabul 400,000 people have houses of maps and 300,000 people have houses of without maps and 100,000 people of villages have gardens and many places and four million and hundred people have no house in Kabul. This is very shameful that United Nation don't know about this matter or maybe United Nation know that what is the situation in Kabul but United Nation don't want to interfere in CD of city of Kabul. Side of Crossway of Qambar and Khoja Musafer to Paghman is in the authority of one warlord, side of Dasht Barche, Arghandi is in the authority of another warlord, and East of Kabul is in the authority of another warlord and inside of Arg-e-Kabul is in the authority f Hamid Karzai. One Professor from University of Economics of Kabul said to writer of this book: "If hands and hearts of members of government become neat and clean then with twenty one billion dollar money of foreign countries many big places of development will be made. And also from this money government of Afghanistan complete their plan lines of train, and made places of water like wells and then this water without wasting will be use by the people of Afghanistan and also from this water electricity will be produce. Also an International Airport Kabul will be made in Afghanistan and this plan was taken by Daod Khan (ex president of Afghanistan) and this airport will have modern gates like International Airport of Asia and Europe. From these money lines of trains from Uzbekistan to Kabul and from border of Iran to Kabul and from Kabul to Torkham (border between Pakistan and Afghanistan) will be made". Writer must say if God want that opinion of writer become wrong about the monies which are spend in rubbish things like ancient street and ancient places and Hamid Karzai can spend this money in a good manner like lines of trains, wells and water dams and for other things which give to benefit to Afghanistan not for the benefit of him and for their partners. But Professor of University of Economics of Kabul also said: "If Hamid Karzai and their partners want to do something for Afghanistan then they have done in these nine years". Opinion of this professor show that he is totally unhopeful from government of Afghanistan and writer of this article has experience that he can do political analysis and economical analysis. Maybe if Hamid Karzai will not spend this money in rubbish things and if he will spend this money in a good manner then it is possible that Hamid Karzai will take a good name in history of Afghanistan otherwise the name of Hamid Karzai is totally bad in these nine years. |
