By relation of statements of Human Rights issued on Tuesday 18/03/2008 about the case of criminals (Heroes Warlords) of this last thirty years in Afghanistan. Countries of whole world demonstrate Human Rights and these words of Human Rights are present in their dictionaries and use these Human Rights in a very nice way but no one follow the real meaning of Human Rights (especially in Afghanistan). Present Government of Afghanistan use this word of Human Rights but they act opposite to Human Rights. Organization of Human Rights is in United Nation and statements of Human Rights are issue to everywhere and from that effect of statements of human rights Newspapers, Television, Radios and Media of whole world nourish. But no one act upon these statements. It is defective and remains in the cover of statements of Human Rights like statements of Human Rights about the case of criminals (Heroes Warlord) of this last thirty one years in Afghanistan that criminals should draw in court. This poor Organization of United Nation and poor Organization of Human Rights only issue the statements but it is not certain that who is criminals (heroes Warlords) and who is accuser by Crime. Even Organization of Human Rights issue some statements that those criminals (Heroes Warlords) who offend in Human Rights should be draw in the International court (Hakh). But also these statements is non actable because Organization of Human Rights and United Nation have no power, no money and no soldier. These things (Power, Money and Soldier) should be given to United Nation by other countries. Then statements of Human Rights are just like that writing in ice and place in front of sun. Especially in Afghanistan, criminals (Heroes Warlords) never draw in court. Even no one has courage to accept that they are criminals because they say that they are fights for Jihad and no one is present to accept that criminals are here. Office of Human Rights and Organization of United Nation should arrange a list of all those criminals (Heroes Warlords) of this last thirty one years in Afghanistan and without fear, without concession and without discrimination from high places of government should be issue till that these criminals (Heroes Warlords) introduced in whole world. And this list should be given to Radios and Medias that they issue the statements. If organization of Human Rights and United Nation arrange a list by the name of defense of Human Rights, in this way those who are criminals (Heroes Warlords) they come out and those who are not criminals (Heroes Warlord) they defense from them. If they know that they are criminals (Heroes Warlords) in this way they have two paths OR they escape to join with those who are opposite to government, then it has no effect OR they draw in court and if it will be prove that they are criminals (Heroes Warlords) then those criminals (Heroes Warlords) dismissed from high places of government because now all criminals (Heroes Warlords) are present in government, parliament and in Senate and in high position of government of Afghanistan. Issuance of this type of mute statements without name never treat the pain of country, if in this type it thought that criminals (Heroes Warlords) does not disclose now because peace and mutual are present, then issuance of statements without name and without specifications scratch the prestige of United Nation and Organization of Human Rights. If meaning of peace and mutual is that everyone who is criminal (Heroes Warlords) fire the villages, hanging the people and today in the presence of soldiers of United Nation and whole world that these soldiers are present in the cover of United Nation of Afghanistan, then criminals (Heroes Warlords) came, then this peace and mutual is from fear. In this way it will be never provided and its name is not peace and mutual because peace and mutual are with the people having weapons and power. One year and ten months have passed from this statement and still criminals are present in government of Afghanistan but in spite of that they gone to courts for their crimes but still they are present in government and parliament of Afghanistan. And this matter is prove that Human Rights and United Nation is only in name and this organization does not have any role because every decision is taken by progressive countries and media announces that this decision is taken by United Nation and Organization of Human Rights. Now Old Empires in the cover of progressive countries once again come out and they get their target a poor country like Afghanistan and made cruelty to people of that country and for this situation of Afghanistan they are responsible because nine years before on Bonn’s Conference they appoint Hamid Karzai as a president of Afghanistan and then on two Loya Jergas and two elections once again by the power of Dollar and by the power of weapons they buy votes for Hamid Karzai and made counterfeit in Election. And it is very shameful that assistant of United Nation (Kahe Hider) approve that counterfeit is done in Presidential Election of 2009 of Afghanistan by Hamid Karzai and his team and Abdullah Abdullah but Abdullah Abdullah boycott from Presidential Election of 2009 of Afghanistan and go out from the ground of election and then office of fake announces that Hamid Karzai become president of Afghanistan third time but it is big treachery that a president made counterfeit and fake in election. But Kahe Hider assistant of United Nation disclose that counterfeit is done by Hamid Karzai and his team and because of this after one month plan of retirement of Kahe Hider will be gone to him so in this way United Nation does not have any role and it is present only by name? As an Afghan political writer I give my opinion and view about this matter. |
