Interview with the assistant of ambassador of USA in Afghanistan. On the date of 23 and 24 April 2009 in Dari program of Radio Azadi Europe broadcast a discussion and interview with the assistant of ambassador of USA in Afghanistan. The interview was affability for the people of Afghanistan. But assistant of ambassador of USA are still in dream and he think that in Afghanistan a good government, Senate, parliament and free economical marketing is present and now presidential election is controlling by the frame of democracy. As an Afghan Refugee I must say that whether the next president of Afghanistan will appoint (like discussion of Bonn’s Conference) and whether members of Cabinet, high position members of government, chief of Senate and chief of parliament will trust to the decision of next president of Afghanistan for next five years? No body knows about these questions and matters but only Hamid Karzai know and that is totally the procedure of Demagogy. Also assistant of ambassador of USA discuss about the young generation of Afghanistan, about economics of Afghanistan and about the democracy of Afghanistan. But all these discussion is agitation and propaganda. Assistant of ambassador of USA view (that democracy in USA give a result that after two hundred fifty years a Negro child of slave become president of USA) and he think that Hamid Karzai and other warlord people dress up Afghan National dress or dress up eastern and western country and maybe they make up Democracy like USA but it is impossible in Afghanistan. “Government made by people” is the meaning of Democracy. Within these last thirty years government of Afghanistan is made in foreign countries and all people of Afghanistan know that when USSR come inside Afghanistan and they want to made Socialism but they couldn’t made. And now in the presence of soldiers of USA in Afghanistan USA want to make Democracy in Afghanistan in very problems. But it is clear that if the people of Afghanistan want a government which is made in foreign countries then why people of Afghanistan set fire the grave of Noor Muhammad Taraki? When USSR attack to Afghanistan they killed Hafizullah Amen they why people of Afghanistan not defense from him? Then why people of Afghanistan in Airatan (border between Afghanistan and Tajikistan) get the dead body of Babrack Karmal from grave? Dr. Najibullah was refugee in UNHCR in Kabul then why he send out from UNHCR office and hanged? Sibgatullah Mojjiddi and Burhanudin Rabani was president of Afghanistan in the years of 1992-1996 then why people of Afghanistan not elect them again? When on the year of 2001 soldiers of USA attack to Afghanistan and Mula Muhammad Omar run away then why people of Afghanistan don’t help him? And when on the year of 2001 USA appoint Hamid Karzai and in forcedly election he become president of Afghanistan and always he stay in Arg-e-Kabul because of fear of people of Afghanistan why ????? All these questions and matters are register in history of Afghanistan but people of Afghanistan know that what problems are and where are problems. Because the foreign countries help money to people of Afghanistan but bribe and embezzlement is present in the government of Afghanistan and all these monies goes into the ways of bribe and embezzlement. And also the sickly system of government transformed the Afghanistan in the stadium of Terrorism, Drugs, Smuggling and War and Mafia is present in Afghanistan freely. Young soldiers of foreign countries come inside Afghanistan and they want to help to the people of Afghanistan but unfortunately they died by killing. Because some people of Afghanistan think that USA and foreign soldiers attack to Afghanistan like USSR soldiers on the years of 1979-1988. But in the reality foreign soldiers come inside Afghanistan upon UNHCR agreement. Members of government of Afghanistan always sent wrong report to UNHCR and therefore when every time USA and European countries met Hamid Karzai and his team they says about democracy and it is very surprisingly that where is democracy? Election is going on the shadow of weapons. Warlord people elect someone in presidential election and in the election of parliament of Afghanistan. Government of USA must invest money or help to 28 million poor people of Afghanistan who are born in war and died in war not to the government of Afghanistan or they control the helping monies. But again USA and UNHCR bring warlord people in the name of election and says that they are democracy for the people of Afghanistan. If this is democracy then why a democrat journalist goes to jail (former journalist Ghaous Zelmai was arrested for 20 years in jail) and another journalist in the name of Parwez Kambaksh decide to hang by the law). That is samples of Democracy in Afghanistan? Mr. Sheikh Muhammad Asif Mohseny leader of Sheia religious make out a law that a nine years old girl must get marriage lawfully. Whether it is also sample of Democracy? Three million Afghan Refugees are in Iran and three million Afghan Refugees are in Pakistan and all of them have many problems. Assistant of ambassador of USA said “government of USA is helping to the government of Afghanistan in the presidential election and also in this presidential election of Afghanistan anyone become president of Afghanistan lawfully”. This is my question from assistant of ambassador of USA in Afghanistan that if the next president of Afghanistan will be war criminal and he become president by the power of weapons then government of USA call him a war criminal or a elected president by the people of Afghanistan? On the year of 2003 I (writer of this topic) was chief editor of one private newspaper Payam-e-Roshan Feker (Afghanistan Intelligentsia Front). And on the third publication of my newspaper on the date of 6-9-2003 I wrote a topic about the problems of USA in Afghanistan. This topic was in Dari and English language. And on that time I sent one copy of that publication to the Embassy of USA in Afghanistan. Then after some duration my newspaper stopped its publication by the order of government of Afghanistan. And now after five years I again write the problems of USA in Afghanistan in this topic that democracy is present in Afghanistan only by name. Thank You. |
