International Conference in Kabul From much duration a conference about Afghanistan was plan and then at last it held on the date of 20 July 2010 in Kabul. In the history of Afghanistan many puppet presidents and puppet kings are present and especially within these 31 years but no one of them were not like Hamid Karzai because Hamid Karzai is very tricky man. And can foreign countries and US make a champion from Hamid Karzai for people of Afghanistan or not? I have studied the whole history of Afghanistan and I know about the situation and sociology of people of Afghanistan very well and I am sure that Hamid Karzai won’t become a champion for people of Afghanistan because problems of Afghanistan is not only war with Taliban but there are many other problems and especially corruption which is now being common in Afghanistan and if economic foundation and basis of one county mix with corruption then that country couldn’t save and come in danger and guarding of that country become very difficult. The whole world know about the corruption in government of Afghanistan and therefore they help Hamid Karzai but unfortunately the time of Hamid Karzai are going to fall and he are going to drown in the dirty pit which is Corruption. And US, European countries, United Nation and West countries cannot save Hamid Karzai from drowning in the dirty pit because all members of his government and his team are corrupted in corruption and also Hamid Karzai don’t have ability to dismiss his some members of his government because many of these members of government came in Afghanistan by recommendation of foreign countries. From other side this matter is also disclose that many foreign and interior corrupted people are partner of Hamid Karzai and when these corrupted people arrested by police and go to International courts then definitely Hamid Karzai also disclose and disgrace and of course disclosing and disgracing of Hamid Karzai is very negative point for US. And therefore United Nation and Bank-i-mon (Chief of United Nation) give in himself to God and working with Hamid Karzai. Let me discuss some important points of this conference: 1. This conference finishes by many promises of Hamid Karzai about security and war against corruption. 2. Hamid Karzai said: Counsels those who participate in this conference give a promise to help with government of Afghanistan. 3. Conference makes a decision to give 50% of funds to government of Afghanistan in the authority of Hamid Karzai because earlier 20% funds have been given to government of Afghanistan. 4. Bank-i-mon (Chief of United Nation) said: Foreign Counsels who participate in this Conference are ready to make good future of Afghanistan. 5. Hamid Karzai confirmed that with cooperation of NATO security of Afghanistan will be obtain after some months. 6. Hamid Karzai in the presence of 70 assistants of countries said: Within these last 31 years this Conference is one of the most interesting conferences. 7. Hillary Clinton (Foreign Minister of US) said: Starting of new face of Afghanistan is good but not changing the rules because Barack Hussein Obama said in his strategy that plan of leaving of foreign troops and soldiers will be getting in the middle year of 2011. 8. Hamid Karzai said that whole world know about the corruption in government of Afghanistan and he confirm that this is true but he said that agreements which came from foreign countries must be named that if any member of government of Afghanistan personally or with his family become partner with these foreign people who bring agreements then it can be prevented. 9. Once again Hamid Karzai appoints Ashraf Ghani as a Chief of Economics in this Conference. These are the important points of Conference of Kabul which are in above points, nine years have been passed away form Bonn’s Conference in Germany and six months have been passed away from London Conference, many decisions like Conference of Kabul had been got in these past conferences and the question is that will these decisions remain still in the pages and documents or will some of these decisions follow? As a Afghan Refugee in Pakistan and as a political and historical writer of Afghanistan I am asking a question from Bank-i-mon (Chief of United Nation) that how much he is sure in decisions of this Conference, promises of Hamid Karzai, end of war and bring peace, end of Terrorism, War against Cultivation and Smuggling of Opium, Charas and clean of corruption from government of Afghanistan? Will Human Rights, Social Justice and Democracy make in Afghanistan? Because within these last 31 years United Nation are busy in Afghanistan, many Chiefs of United Nation came and gone within these last 31 years and now it is Bank-i-mon time and I am asking from Mr. Bank-i-mon that will he make a miracle in Afghanistan?????? |
