Inspection council of USA after Iraq arrives to Afghanistan. One council of USA arrived on Iraq because of inspection of bribe, embezzlement and administrative corruption of that money which were help from USA. First this council investigate that 13 million Dollars is goes into the way of bribe by government people of Iraq. Council of USA gets the monies back and gives it to the president of Iraq. Because this activity of council give a positive result therefore USA give an opportunity to him that this council go to Afghanistan and consider and inspect the economical help of USA therefore year of 2009 is announce in the name of year of inspection in Afghanistan. USA give an opportunity that helping of USA (in the name of nation of Afghanistan) within these seven years must inspect in Afghanistan and by this inspection it will be clear that how much of these monies are goes into the way of embezzlement. I am confident that approximately some amounts of this money are goes into the way of embezzlement by some governmental people and perhaps in this embezzlement some groups are partners including Hamid Karzai and his team and some governmental officials of Afghanistan and some foreign companies. If this council inspects the Ministries of Afghanistan truthfully then I am sure that embezzlement is take place on those Ministries. Previously on the year of 2001 Abdul Ghani Ahmadzai was Minister of Ministry of Taxes and then he gave his resignation and on that time 16 governmental people (Afghan) of Ministry of Taxes also gave their resignation which was came from USA and foreign countries and they delete the helping of whole world from the page of computer. Habibullah Qadari which is from the team of Hamid Karzai and seven years he was Minister of Ministry of Drugs and Narcotics and one year back Hamid Karzai transfer him to the Ministry of Transportation and he made a embezzlement to the rent of foreign airplanes which is for the journey of Hajiyan (those Muslim people which go to their Islamic place on Saudi Arabia) and for this point Hamid Karzai dismiss him for preventing of his disgrace but till now it is not clear. From the year of 2001 Mohammad Mohaqeq who is a warlord man was Minister of Ministry of Plan but millions of dollar is embezzle therefore government cancel the Ministry of Plan. Till now three Ministers are changing in the Ministry of Returning Refugees but this Ministry didn’t give a good result and million peoples of Afghan Refugee which came from Iran and Pakistan and settle in Kabul, Herat, Khandhar, Jalalabad are moneyless and homeless and million of dollar for the sake of refugees are embezzle. In my book (War and Peace in Afghanistan after the five years of Bonn’s Conference) I give all information about government of Afghanistan that this government of Afghanistan didn’t give benefit to the nation of Afghanistan. Billions of dollars of economical helping which is given to the government of Afghanistan by all over the world perhaps some amount of these monies are embezzle. USA help 32 million dollar to Afghanistan for projects but even one project is not prepare. In my opinion Organization of United Nation especially after coming of Mr. Bankemon (chief of United Nation) must inspect the Afghanistan and inspect the helping of United Nation within these seven years. Especially council must inspect the monies for the people of Afghanistan and also for refugees of Pakistan and Iran. I am sure that after inspection it will be clear that within these seven years perfect confident is convert into big mistake. In Afghanistan Human Rights is only by name. But USA, United Nation, European countries and all over the world help to Afghanistan in the name of Human Rights but all these monies and help were embezzle by some teams of government. As a power of whole world USA and Mr. Barack Obama president of USA must consider that strategy and tactics must change in Afghanistan. Mr. Bankemon must know that people of Afghanistan including Afghan Refugee in Pakistan and Iran have rights to live and they have to take independence from the hands of warlords, terrorists and bigoted. For solving of problems of Afghanistan these following point must consider: Election of president ship and parliament should be neat and clean. Weapons must remove from people. Democracy must apply in Afghanistan. Members of government must apply the Basic Law on themselves. Human Rights should be applied in Afghanistan. Embezzlement and bribe should be removing. Cultivation and Smuggling of drug should be finish. Criminals must issue in the media. Inspection is compulsory in Afghanistan and in spite of it that inspection is duty of Hamid Karzai, he says but he never acts. Therefore a big mistake is also goes to Hamid Karzai. |
