Hamid Karzai and his promises to people of Afghanistan He is artful of history On the days of 2001 American jets bombarding the cities of Afghanistan, on that days Zelmai Khalilzad with members of CIA of US have bought the warlord people by bags of full of dollars to fight in the favor of US, Mr. Lahgzar Ibrahimi have been made a discussion with warlord people in Bonn’s Conference, on that days Hamid Karzai have been came from US and gone to the mountains of Uruzgan to get the seat of president of Afghanistan and then due to many problems George W Bush (ex president of US) appoint Hamid Karzai as a president of Afghanistan, then on the year of 2001 Hamid Karzai have been take the responsibility of broken ship of Afghanistan and then Hamid Karzai have been give many promises to people of Afghanistan and he gave loyal vow. Certainly as an Afghan political and historical writer of Afghanistan I am including the meetings and interviews of Hamid Karzai within these nine years in this article, I also include promises of Hamid Karzai that which one of his promise fulfill by him and which one was lie? On the date of 23 December 2001 occasion of Loyal Vow of Hamid Karzai with his members of Cabinet took place and in this occasion Hamid Karzai said to people of Afghanistan: “I will bring peace, security, Democracy, independence and progressive very soon”. But nine years have been passed now it is approved that this promise of Hamid Karzai was lie. On the date of 15 January 2002 he has been broadcast his policy and he said in one program that he will bring these following things in Afghanistan: 1. Publish of new money of Afghanistan. 2. Increasing of Interior production by inventing of factories, agricultural farms and by inventing of economical plans in the society of Afghanistan by the help of foreign countries in the frame of United Nation. 3. Vacancy for all people of Afghanistan especially for educated people and the most important thing is that right job will go the right employee. 4. Invent of Independent markets it means foreign business man will come in Afghanistan and make business in Afghanistan. If these above promises of Hamid Karzai consider rightly then in my opinion it is: United Nation publishes new money of Afghanistan and still there is no Ministry of Plan, Ministry of Economics, Ministry of income tax in Afghanistan and also Center Bank of Afghanistan don’t have plans. This new money of Afghanistan is not reliable without support of US Dollar and foreign countries therefore it is approved that within these nine years Hamid Karzai and his team didn’t do anything and they don’t have economical plans but one thing that is always have been done by Hamid Karzai and his team is fraud and fake. And everyone knows this disgraceful matter. Export does not exist in Afghanistan but Import is present in Afghanistan and the import of Afghanistan is foods, clothes, cars, oil, transportation facilities and many more. There is no factories, no water for agriculture in Afghanistan and all lands are waterless. Sometimes some propaganda came that agricultural facilities are available but where is? It means it is lie. Cultivation of Opium and Charas increasing day by day by supporting of International Mafia, 93% opium and Charas of whole world came from Afghanistan and this is a disgraceful stain for Hamid Karzai because within these nine years Smuggling and Cultivation of Opium and Charas have been increased. Unfortunately there is no plan for inventing of factories and still there is no plan for those who are jobless and still there is no farm, there is no company for farmers to help (give them loan) and to guide the farmers. Only some streets have been invented by support of United Nation. Jobs are giving to those people who are not able for job but they have money and power and knows somebody in high position so the good job always go to these type of people but unfortunately those people who are able for job they are jobless. So in this case Hamid Karzai also tells a lie. For inventing of New and Independent markets the first demand is security and peace and all knows that within these nine years Hamid Karzai couldn’t take the security of Afghanistan alone and sometimes some propaganda came that a company or a country make a protocol with Hamid Karzai but these types of protocol always remain still in agreement paper and never follow so in this case Hamid Karzai tells a lie. On the date of 7 February 2002 a report published the list of members of committee of Loya Jerga of Afghanistan who are without side and this news published on February 2002 through a governmental newspaper (number 380) and now I am writing their names with their characteristics and their jobs and their relations: 1. Muhammad Ismail Qasemyar chief of Committee of Loya Jerga of Afghanistan came from west side only for aim to give a special lawful role to Hamid Karzai in Loya Jerga. He is related to west side and related to team of Hamid Karzai. 2. Mahboba Haqoqamal came from west side (related to team of Hamid Karzai). 3. Haji Abdulaziz is a business man (related to team of Hamid Karzai). 4. Abdul Salam Rahimi came from West side (related to team of Hamid Karzai). 5. Muhammad Esa came from west side (related to team of Hamid Karzai). 6. Asadullah Woloneji (he is related to Mujahedeen). 7. Enayatullah Kamal (he is related to Mujahedeen). 8. Haji Zafar Khan Jabar Khel (members of Tribal areas related to team of Hamid Karzai). 9. Homira Nehamati came from west side (related to team of Hamid Karzai). 10. Muhammad Farid Hamedi came from west side (related to team of Hamid Karzai). 11. Muhammad Kazim Ahang came from west side (members of Party of Democratic People of Afghanistan). 12. Muhammad Mahfooz Nadaye (related to Mujahedeen). 13. Muhammad Zaher Borgi (related to Party of North). 14. Noor Muhammad Qarqeen came from west side (related to Party of North). 15. Rashid Saljoqi came from west side (related to team of Hamid Karzai). 16. Sadiq Modaber (he is related to Mujahedeen, member of old Party in the name of Party of Harakat Islame of Sheikh Asif Mohseni and now he is member of Party of Wahdat Islame of Karim Khalili. Also he is chief of Chief of government Counsel of Afghanistan. 17. Sayed Maqsood came from west side (he is related to Mujahedeen and also he is related to team of Hamid Karzai). 18. Sayed Mossa Tawana (he is related to Mujahedeen from Party of Jameyat of Burhanudin Rabani). 19. Sebghatullah Senjar came from west side (he is member of Party of Democratic People of Afghanistan and previously he was friend of Muhammad Gulabzoi (Minister of Interior Ministry) and he was chief of one Party and in the duration of first Presidential Election of Afghanistan he was working as a speaker of Hamid Karzai). 20. Suraya Parleka (she is member of Party of Democratic People of Afghanistan and she is sister of Abdul Waqil (Minister of Foreign Ministry in the duration of Dr.Najebullah) and now she is chief of Organization of Women). It is very interesting that Hamid Karzai use the word of without side to these people who are listed above and this is a big lie. Hamid Karzai thought that he will make fool of people of Afghanistan by saying this word of without side to these people who are listed above but he don’t know that everyone know this point. On the date of 8 February 2002 once again Hamid Karzai gave the promises to finish the war and to bring security and peace to people of Afghanistan but still nine years have been passed away and his promise couldn’t fulfilled so it means Hamid Karzai tells a lie. On the date of 9 February 2002 Hamid Karzai had been took visit to Pakistan and he said that after his going back to Afghanistan he will make a plan for those Afghan People who are still refugee in Pakistan and Iran but still there is no plan is spite of that United Nation made a plan to give some lands to Afghan Refugees for house but Hamid Karzai gave those lands to another people in exchange of money (he sell the land of one house in 10,000 US Dollar to some people who are not refuge) therefore all Afghan Refugee who go back to Afghanistan once again become refugee in Pakistan and Iran. And Hamid Karzai transfer those money to his account bank in foreign but still Afghan People are refuge and many of them don’t have house and they spend their life with many problems. On the date of 15 June 2002 Hamid Karzai announces the invention of one committee in the name of Committee of Human Rights of Afghanistan and he made that Committee and he said that by this committee all people will get their rights but where is Human Rights? So it is approved that Hamid Karzai tells a lie because Human Rights is only by name in Afghanistan. On the date of 18 April 2002 Hamid Karzai bring Muhammad Zaher Shah from Italy to Kabul because of propaganda by long plan but he had afraid of his seat therefore he put the name of (Dad of Nation of Afghanistan) to Zaher Shah in the Compulsory Loya Jerga and put him in the side of Palace of Kabul. On the date of 12 June 2002 in second Loya Jerga duration of president ship of Hamid Karzai updated for 18 months and then once again Hamid Karzai tells lie and give many fault promises. There were many people who were in the favor of Muhammad Zaher Shah and they wanted to change the president ship into kingdom but one hour before held of this ceremony Khalilzad have made a Media Conference and he said: “Right now I came from Muhammad Zaher Shah and he don’t wanted to elect himself for president and king”. This Conference has been published on the date of 20 June 2002 in governmental newspaper. In the starting of this ceremony when Muhammad Zaher Shah said his speech then suddenly light gone but electric generator was there but they didn’t turn on the electric generator because Hamid Karzai and his team was frightened that perhaps Muhammad Zaher Shah change their system and government his favor. If Khalilzad didn’t make this political trick then perhaps history of Afghanistan will go somewhere else and perhaps Hamid Karzai couldn’t come in this position and this game of Tom and Jerry couldn’t continue. On the date of 17 June 2002 Hamid Karzai become president of Afghanistan and then he made a Cabinet and appoint Warlord people and criminals in his Cabinet and then Hamid Karzai give many promise once again and he said that after this people of Afghanistan must be happy because that their government will be called in the Islamic Government of Afghanistan. On the date of 20 September 2002 Hamid Karzai announces a fight against Cultivation and Smuggling of Opium and Charas and he give many promises that government will behave strictly to those who cultivate Opium and Charas but it is very interesting that after announcement of Hamid Karzai cultivation and smuggling of Opium and Charas becomes very common and increasing day by day. United Nation announces in International News that 93% of Opium and Charas of whole world cultivate in Afghanistan. On the date of 27 December 2003 the job of NATO have been start in Afghanistan and because of this a Ceremony took place in the Palace of Kabul, in this ceremony US leader of Army, NATO soldiers, Ambassador of US and European countries, some Generals of Afghanistan have been participated. In this ceremony Hamid Karzai gave many promises to NATO and he said in the language of English that he will increase the fight with NATO against Terrorism and he also said to people of Afghanistan in the language of Pushto and Dari: “Congratulation all people of Afghanistan because of increase NATO from now peace will come totally in Afghanistan very soon”. But nine years has been passed but where peace is and why it is hidden? On thing I must include that Hamid Karzai always said his reports in some occasion or ceremony and when he always give speech without preparing means he never use speech paper and he shows that he talk to people very common . On the date of 13 April 2004 an International Conference for more help to Afghanistan took place in France and this Conference was in the name of Conference of Paris, in this Conference Hamid Karzai demands for more help and fund and he gave many promises in this Conference also but interesting thing is that that after his coming back from this Conference he also said many promises to people of Afghanistan that by those help and fund he will prepare many projects like invent of Railway Track, invent of International Airports in Kabul and invent of Motorway and growing of agriculture and this fund will not spend in rubbish things and after this new offices will be invent and these offices will be clean from bribe. Hamid Karzai told lie because didn’t do at least of one them. On the date of 15 February 2004 a ceremony for 20th anniversary of leave of soldiers of USSR (Russia) from Afghanistan in Kabul took place, in this occasion Hamid Karzai said: “Afghanistan is an Independent country and foreign soldiers came in Afghanistan to help the people of Afghanistan and to finish the fear and danger of Terrorism from Afghanistan and whole world”. But it is very interesting that year of 2010 came and still war is continuing and it is not known that who is Terrorist and who is Taliban? What is Independence? Because USSR (Russia) attacked in Afghanistan and they were said that they came in Afghanistan for help of people of Afghanistan and Hamid Karzai said many promises like Babrak Karmal (ex president of Afghanistan), it means Babrak Karmal was a liar and Hamid Karzai is also a liar. On the date of 21 May 2009 the duration of Presidential of Hamid Karzai comes in end but once again he become candidate of Presidential Election of 2009 of Afghanistan and for many votes and for getting trust and confidence of people of Afghanistan he gave many promises and he said that he will fulfill his all promises if people votes for him he said that he will make many offices and he will finish the smuggling and cultivation of Drugs, Opium, Charas totally and he also said that he will punish lawfully those criminals who cultivate and smuggling of Drugs, Opium, Charas but who will punish by Hamid Karzai? His brother or his friend or his Mafia friend? (Hamid Karzai totally tells a lie because he cannot do this). On the date of 20 April 2009 before Presidential Election of 2009 of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai gave many promises to United Nation that he will make the list of criminals of these last thirty years warrior of Afghanistan and he also said that he will send the file of these criminals to International Courts and also he said that he will not give seat to warrior criminals and warlord people in government of Afghanistan. But still Hamid Karzai didn’t send any file of warrior criminals to court? Why? Hamid Karzai only transfer Engineer Qaderi from Ministry of Fight against Drugs into Ministry of Air Transportation as a Minister but afterward it came out that Engineer Qaderi took a lots of money as a bribe from Foreign Companies on the occasion when Muslim people gone to Saudi Arabia for Hajj but when people knows this matter then immediately Hamid Karzai appoint him as a Secret Police that people forget the matter but after no one get information about this man that what happened with him? And then after some duration some people saw him in the Airport of Kabul and he was gone to US and till now he is hidden? This matter also came out that he was member of Mafia. On the date of 26 April 2009 Hamid Karzai has been met thirty women from Ministry of Defense of Women and he discusses about the matter that (Sheik Asif Mohseni made a law for Sheya Muslim that girls must marry in nine years). Hamid Karzai said that he will give the order to Ministry of Justice to consider this law made by Sheik Asif Mohseni). But what happen after his promise nothing? But some workers of Ministry of Justice said that this law is upon Law of Islam. On the date of 7 and 8 May 2009 Hamid Karzai took a visit to US and then after meetings with members of White House and after many protocols he appointed as a president of Afghanistan. Hamid Karzai gave many promises to the members of White House that he will make good system and government but his matter is known to all people of Afghanistan that these members of government of Afghanistan came from recommendation of West and East side and some of them are in the favor of Hamid Karzai but still nine years have been passed away and now everyone in government make corruption and take bribe, it means Hamid Karzai tells a lie. On the date of 19 November 2009 Hamid Karzai celebrate his 8th Anniversary of his president ship. Hamid Karzai give many promises to people of Afghanistan once again through these assistant of people of cities of Afghanistan (means some people came from North Side of Afghanistan as assistants of people of their cities they bought many gifts for Hamid Karzai (like cap and his gown) but Hamid Karzai give them a gift of lie of peace and send fault and wrong promises to people through their assistants. On the date of 1 December 2009 Barack Hussein Obama (President of US) had been announce his strategy about Afghanistan through a News Channel and Hamid Karzai also confirm this strategy of Obama. Hamid Karzai give many promises of Democracy, Peace and security and he said that he will be strict to those who are trying to make Corruption in government of Afghanistan and he also said that within these six months he will change the governmental offices of Afghanistan totally but one years have been passed away from this promise of Hamid Karzai but no one see that type of offices who prevent Administrative Corruption. It means once again Hamid Karzai tells a lie. On the date of 31 May 2009 Hamid Karzai had been met General Dostum and Muhammad Mohaqeq secretly for getting confidence of people of Uzbek, Turkmen and Hazara, Hamid Karzai give many promises to these two leaders for the people of their nation. And no one knows that Hamid Karzai give what promises to these two leaders? But these two leaders didn’t participated in the Counsel of Peace which was held in Kabul for Hamid Karzai because Hamid Karzai didn’t act his promise which he gave to these two leaders and also in these last days Mashood Khalil brother of Ahmad Shah Mashood become against of Hamid Karzai and he said that Hamid Karzai is a person who breaks one’s promise and therefore these two leaders (General Dostum and Muhammad Mohaqeq) didn’t participate in the Counsel of Peace in Kabul and they said that people of Panjsher support Hamid Karzai on the year of 2001 but Hamid Karzai didn’t act his promise to people of Panjsher and it was also hidden that Hamid Karzai give what promise to these people? This matter came out day by day that Hamid Karzai didn’t act his promise and his close friends said that he is a person who breaks one’s promise so this matter is not good point for Hamid Karzai in National and International Status. On the date of 15 October 2009 after counterfeit and run off of Presidential Election of 2009 of Afghanistan and after resignation of Abdullah Abdullah once again Hamid Karzai become president of Afghanistan third time and then he start his third duration by many lie promises. On the date of 19 November 2009 Hamid Karzai celebrate his eight statesmanship in the Palace of Kabul with his two assistants (Martial Fahim and Karim Khalili) in this occasion Misses Clinton (Foreign Minister of US) also participated and she wears a red scaff and she confirm that Hamid Karzai deserves to become president of Afghanistan third time. On the date of 27 January 2010 a big Conference was held in London by Golden Brown (ex Prime Minster of UK) about the situation of Afghanistan. In this Conference first Golden Brown and then Bankimon (Chief of United Nation) gave speeches and both of them confirmed that Corruption is present in government of Afghanistan and then Hamid Karzai gave speech and he demanded for more fund and help and gave many promise which is not fulfill by him till now. On the date of 20 February 2010 Hamid Karzai gave an interview in a Television Channel and he said that in Afghanistan Corruption made by foreign people not by him and after this interview Hamid Karzai took a visit in Iran and China and he met down the leaders of these two countries and discuss about Afghanistan secretly and then after this relation of Hamid Karzai with US gone to weak point and therefore US invite him in White House of US. On the date of 2, 3 and 4 June 2010 Hamid Karzai invite some people in the name of assistant of Afghanistan in Kabul for ceremony of Counsel of Peace, in the fist day of this ceremony somebody fired rocket and somebody blast suicide bomb and then in spite of this explosion the ceremony have been started, Hamid Karzai gave a speech and lie promises and after three days when the ceremony finished then Hamid Karzai hired his two Minister of his Cabinet, the first one is Hanif Atmar (Minister of Interior Ministry) and the other is Amarullah Saleh (Chief of Intelligentsia of Afghanistan) and one of them is from Laghman, he was Pushton previously he was member of Part of Democratic People of Afghanistan an d the other was from Panjsher, he was member of Party of Jameyat of Burhanudin Rabani and also he was close friend of Ahmad Shah Mashood. One of them was member of Intelligentsia of UK and the other was member of CIA of US and also these two men are in the favor of their Nation and their Nation support them also. Therefore when Hamid Karzai hired these two men then it is very dangerous for Hamid Karzai also. And this Counsel of Peace Hamid Karzai made propaganda but this Counsel of Peace is not useful for Afghanistan because those people who are against of Hamid Karzai they said that Hamid Karzai is puppet president and foreign soldiers are still present in Afghanistan. I think if foreign soldiers leave Afghanistan then situation of Afghanistan become like year of 1992 to 2001 so three and half million US Dollar which was spend in this Counsel of Peace it is not useful for Afghanistan because all people of Afghanistan know this trick of Hamid Karzai. |
