Basic Law, Democracy and Election in Afghanistan These three political words was born from history of Afghanistan but unfortunately died and their bones exposed and the government of Afghanistan chews the cud. as an Afghan and political writer I write and give an article in Asia News on the middle month of May 2009 that “Hamid Karzai third time become president of Afghanistan” , my all opinion and articles stand upon Socialist of people of Afghanistan. Office of Election announces news on the date of 2 November 2009 and show that my political opinion is right and the news was: (On the Basic Law of Afghanistan it is not written that what happened when one of the Candidates of run-off election give their resignation?) but when Abdullah Abdullah gives his resignation before run-off election then the office of Election announces that Hamid Karzai win and become president of Afghanistan for five years again and Hamid Karzai appointed this time also. The main point is that suppose if one of candidates of election died then this law have no rule upon this matter and this is not the fault of law but this is the fault of Lawmaker and one of them is Parliament that they didn’t give importance upon this matter and this is clear that members of Parliament who have introduction in Firing, Rocket and War they can’t and couldn’t make and made a Law. On the date of 5/9/2009 I give an article to Asia News in the name of “Administration of Department of Lawmaker of Afghanistan” and on my this article I introduce all members of Parliament but unfortunately this members of Parliament are Warlord people and Law is captive under these Warlord people and these Warlord people seeing the people of Afghanistan from binocular of gun. First time Democracy has been made on the year of 1906 by Seraj Alhakbar but this democracy died very soon and then on the year of 1919 democracy was born and till the year of 1924 democracy grows well but unfortunately on the year of 1928 this young democracy killed by Bigoted Islamist and then on the year of 1964 again democracy was born and then on the year of 1973 killed by USSR (Russia) and then after 30 years on the year of 2001 democracy was born again and this democracy taking breath in very burden position in the surround of Warlord people and then now democracy killed by Hamid Karzai, his team and International Mafia in Counterfeit Presidential Election of 2009 of Afghanistan. And once again International Mafia gives the chair of president of Afghanistan to Hamid Karzai for killing democracy and for increasing Cultivation and Smuggling of Drugs and Opium in Afghanistan. And maybe with the help of International Mafia and Warlord people Hamid Karzai will be like (Haffizul Asad in Syria and or like Hassani Mubarak in Egypt) and maybe they will made like this that Arg-e-Kabul become in the order of Hamid Karzai for whole years because within these eight years Hamid Karzai find the real taste of Arg-e-Kabul and because this Arg-e-Kabul have attraction and this attraction bring the man in the situation where every person lost his everything. Hamid Karzai has plans of two Loya Jerga and has many plans, and he is seeing a dream that he will be in Afghanistan as a Permanent President. Anyways all political articles, books which are publish in National and International News are a good memory for future generation. |
