Antecedent cultivation of Opium in Afghanistan is in ancient times. But seeds of opium entered into Afghanistan from other countries. According to the book of history seeds of opium entered from the big city of China "Seyank Keyan" into the mountainous areas of "Pamir". Pamir is the border between China and Afghanistan, then from the areas of Pamir seeds of opium entered into the city of "Zebak, Vakhan, Kalay Panch" and some villages near the Zone "Barbars" (Barber are nation). Before this several century seeds of opium entered from the countries of Middle Asia (Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Samer Kand and Bokharah) into the areas of "Ragh" and "Yaftel areas" and city of "Khahan, Yangee Kalla". Afterward it was entered into the areas of "Badakhshan" and then into "Talokan" and then from the areas of "Emam Sahib" into the "Kunduz" (Emam Sahib is the border between Afghanistan and Tajikistan). Certainly before Afghanistan opium was famous in China, so according to the history of China a big war takes place in the name of "War of Opium" in China. When opium entered into Afghanistan, farmers cultivate it slowly slowly, it was used as medicines. Also seeds of opium entered from Middle Asia into the areas of Northern Afghanistan such as: Kunduz, Balkh, Shebergan, Faryab, Badghez. And also seeds of opium entered into the areas of side of River of "Amo" (Amo is the Northern border between Afghanistan and cities of Tajikistan. Tajikistan is a big city of Uzbekistan in the Middle Asia. Then from that time cultivation of opium become famous in these areas. First of all in Turkmanneshen, Morechag, Ankhoy. (Turkmanneshen is the place where people of Turkmen live). In Turkmanneshen opium was given as medicines to children that they can sleep easily and their mothers become busy in carpet weaving but unfortunately their children become slowly slowly addict to opium. Also seeds of opium entered into the area of "Herat" from the near border of "Torghondi". (Torghondi is the border between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan). And seeds of opium entered into the areas of city of (Kohsan, Chakhansor, Shindand) also in some villages or South West and West and city of "Karokh" and some villages of West of Afghanistan came from border of Iran. Cultivation of opium was famous in two sides of border of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Afterward cultivation of opium becomes popular in "Laghman", Nangarhar, Pakteka, Paktiya, Gardeiz and Khost". Cultivation of opium was not so famous in Afghanistan before these thirty years and before warrior of Afghanistan. On that time in Afghanistan such criminals (those who cultivate opium) were punished. But Government of Afghanistan had lost the Administration Department of Central Government of whole country due to warrior of Afghanistan after this thirty years, it is a great opportunity for cultivators of opium to cultivate opium freely therefore today in the areas of Afghanistan opium cultivate in a very high amount. In the areas of South, East and in the Southern like "Helmand, Khandahar, Girishik, Lashkarga, Zabul", opium cultivate in thousands of hectare ground and sale in the special markets. (A big market is present in Helmand). According to the United Nation Report 92% of opium cultivate in Afghanistan. Also this is a very important point that can be said that cultivation of opium has a good production and a very high benefit for farmers of Afghanistan and also for the Mafia and Drug dealers but not for the people of whole countries. It is very surprising and regrettable that in the beginning (means thirty years before) when some people of Afghanistan want some gram of opium they were gone in the villages to get a few gram of opium as medicines in very problems and from fear of Government of Afghanistan. But now in these years group of drug smugglers are living freely in big cities and in the city of Kabul. From that way or from those countries which seeds of opium entered into Afghanistan, smugglers of opium export opium and Charas to other countries and neighboring countries also from these ways and from these small villages. And in spite of the fact that almost opium and Charas cultivate in these villages and export from these villages both these villages are very poor and people of villages are hungry. Drug smugglers of Afghanistan and Mafia have a very relax life and they are rich. And all these responsibility especially within these last thirty years goes to puppet government and Warlord people. to be continued..... |
